Help Me Grow Washington is here for you, and we make it easier to apply for health insurance and food resources (like Basic Food, or food stamps, and WIC). If you live in Washington state, just fill out our short form and one of our friendly Resource Navigators will call you. It’s that easy! We can also help you find resources for your pregnancy or learn about child development screening, immunizations, and more, and offer support if you are using alcohol, marijuana, and/or other drugs to cope with stress.

Our services are free and available to anyone in Washington state. We’re committed to providing care that is nonjudgmental, respectful, and rooted in understanding.
